A New Era at Placer High School: Jaime Jackson Assumes Role as Principal

Placer High School is poised for a transformative chapter with the appointment of Jaime Jackson this summer as its new Principal.

A pioneer in Placer High School's history, Jaime assumes the role of the first female Principal in its 126-year history. This milestone reflects not only her outstanding experiences and accomplishments but also her deep commitment to student achievement and the greater Auburn community.

Bringing 17 years of teaching experience from Roseville High School before serving as an Assistant Principal for three years at Del Oro High School, Jaime is known for her unwavering dedication to student success and her commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jaime celebrates 21 years of marriage to husband Bob (a Colfax High grad), and is a proud parent of three children, including a 2023 Placer High grad, a current Placer sophomore, and a future Hillman. She also enjoys cooking, hiking, and spontaneous adventures.

The Hillmen Foundation is excited to work with Jaime to advance Placer High School and ensure an enriched learning environment for our students.
